This is a tough run so train well for the uphills and the rough track.
Running is a fun activity but running in a race, like engagement in any activity, also comes with attendant risks, which you should be aware of, and only then enter.
If you are running a half marathon, prepare well, for running in the dark, in the heat and running with some reflective strips on your T shirt and shoes and cap and arms and a light. We want you safe. Long runs also require some ingestion of salty items - sports drinks or other solids or liquids to prevent cramping.
We want you to have fun and stay safe, and do your bit towards that.
The runs are organised by runners for runners. Experience the thrill of a lifetime as you cross the finish line.
The course is up and down, scenic and green and well supported. The Half Marathon will stay open for 3:00 hours from 6:45am onwards and with Sports Drinks, Water, Health Care and our enthusiastic volunteer support.
We want you to have fun and stay safe, and do your bit towards that. The runs are organised by runners for runners. Experience the thrill of a lifetime as you cross the finish line. The course is up and down, scenic and green and well supported and if it is not pouring, you will be wet with your own sweat.
The runs will start and finish at the Gaon devi Mandir just next to Chhota Kashmir lake off Aarey road. This is 1.8km after the W Express Highway - lots of parking space at Chhota Kashmir and on the side roads and crossings. Do NOT park on Aarey road.
Plan to be at the start at least 30 minutes before the start of the race.

Special congratulations to all those running their 1st ever half marathon or 10.55k or 5k as well as the speedsters in the Half Marathon and 10.55K in particular:
Anurag Singh - you are a champ - I think your short legs did help :-) The chip timing did sort out the issues with a few folks starting at 645am with the half marathoners in the enthusiasm of the moment.
Carla, Sunaina and Shreya were the super fast women finishers in the 10.55k

In the half marathon Lawrence set the road on fire and was almost hauled up for arson in the forest - finishing in 1:34
