Running is a fun activity but running in a race, like engagement in any activity, also comes with attendant risks, which you should be aware of, and only then enter.
Anyone registering for a our race should make sure that he/she is medically fit and does not have any precondition - however minor it may seem to them, that would indicate that they should not run eg being on some medication, onset of a cold or flu, not yet recovered from a flu or an injury etc.
If you are running a full marathon or more- prepare well, for running in the cold, in the dark, in the heat and running with some reflective strips on your T shirt and shoes and cap and arms and a light. We want you safe.
Some runs are in colder weather which should also require some ingestion of salty items - sports drinks or other solids or liquids to prevent cramping.
We want you to have fun and stay safe, and do your bit towards that.
The runs are organised by runners for runners. Experience the thrill of a lifetime as you cross the finish line.
The course is flat, cold and well supported.
The Marathon and a Half will stay open for 7:30 hours from 5:00 am onwards and the Full Marathon will remain open for 5:30 hours from 5:30 am with Sports Drinks, Water, Max Health Care and HUDA and Gurgaon Traffic Police and our enthusiastic volunteer support.
